1. Processing Time (Customization & Production)

All of our products are custom-made and personalized.

Processing time varies by product.
Each product’s production timeline will be:

  • Clearly stated on the product detail page, or

  • Confirmed by our customer service team upon request

Processing time includes customization, handcrafting, quality inspection, and packaging.

📌 Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2.  Shipping Area

We currently ship to the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


3.  Free Shipping (United States)

🎉 We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
No minimum purchase required.


4.  Shipping Time (After Production)

Once production is completed, estimated delivery time within the United States is:

  • 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


5.  Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.


6.  Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to insufficient or incorrect address information

If a package is returned to us, additional reshipping fees may apply.


7.  Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order is:

  • Significantly delayed, or

  • Marked as delivered but not received

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery status update.
We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.

⚠️ Carrier-related delays are beyond our control and do not automatically qualify for refunds.


8.  Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.


9.  Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During high-demand periods (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early.
